I picked up a SteelSeries headset and mouse from the site, i’ve been happy with them. They weren’t exactly the cheapest option, but after using some budget brands before, it kind of makes you wonder where those companies are saving their money, because this stuff just feels better.
Shipping was smooth enough, and getting everything set up wasn’t a hassle. The headset sounds good, the mouse still feels basically new after a few months, and overall I feel like I got what I paid for. Easy 5 stars from me.

I returned my headset the whole thing was way easier than I expected. No annoying hoops to jump through, no drama at all. The refund came back so fast I almost had to double-check it was real. Really smooth experience.

I picked up a steelseries keyboard a little while ago, I can’t remember if it was last month or a few weeks back — but I’ve been using it pretty much every day since. The keys feel really smooth to type on, with just enough click without being annoyingly loud. I’ve used it for both work stuff and gaming, and my fingers don’t feel as tired as they did with my old keyboard. So far, I’m happy with it.

My headset worked with my PC and PS5 really easily . No hassle at all .

I reached out to steelseries support because my headset wasn’t charging properly. The first response took a couple days, and it was basic stuff, like reset steps I had ALREADY tried.
Once I sent over more details, they were helpful and got the replacement process going. So in the end it worked out, but it definitely took longer than I expected and had a bit more back-and-forth than I would’ve liked

I had to do a warranty claim it just went way better than I expected. The replacement showed up fast, and dealing with support was surprisingly easy. I don’t know, it just left me feeling really good about the whole thing.

I picked up this SteelSeries headset mainly for gaming, the sound is solid. Footsteps, voice chat, and general game audio all come through clearly, so no real complaints there.

The build quality is where I’m a little torn. The earcups feel comfortable enough, but after a few months the plastic headband started creaking a bit, and the cable has that kind of cheap feel to it. AND THEN IT JUST GETS SLIGHTLY ANNOYING because you start noticing those little things every time you put it on.
It still works fine and I’m not rushing to replace it, but for the price I expected it to feel a little sturdier. Overall, decent headset with good sound, just not as durable-feeling as I hoped

I ordered this mouse from steelseries.com and the tracking has been super spot on so far. I mostly play FPS games, and it doesn’t do that annoying jumpy thing or feel floaty at all. Took me about a day to get used to it, which is normal for me since I’m weirdly picky about mouse feel. Also, totally unrelated, I spent way too long reorganizing my desk after it arrived, but I guess that helped too. Anyway, my aim feels a lot steadier now and it just feels reliable in-game.

I’ve been using my SteelSeries gear wireless for a bit now, and the connection has been really solid. I can move around my desk or lean back a little and it doesn’t randomly cut out or get laggy, which is what I was worried about.

Setup was quick too, didnt have to mess with much. It’s just nice not having cables all over the place, and so far it’s been one of those things I don’t really think about because it just works.

I wasn’t expecting much from the mic on this SteelSeries headset, but it kind of surprised me in the best way. I mostly got it for gaming, and right away my friends said I sounded way clearer than before. No annoying buzz or that muffled thing my old headset had. I barely did anything to set it up, just plugged it in and it worked. I don’t know, it just feels really solid so far and I’m happy with it.

I’ve run a few firmware updates on my headset now and they’ve all gone through without any drama. No bricking, no weird recovery steps, it just finishes and works. I had asked support about it once and they basically said something like, “just keep it charged and don’t unplug it during the update,” which is exactly what I did. Solid experience overall.

The sound is fine overall, nothing amazing but good enough for everyday use. The bass does feel a little weak sometimes, especially if you’re expecting something punchy. What really annoyed me, though, was having to deal with repeated verification steps. It felt like every time I just wanted to use it, there was another check to get through.

I’ve been using it for a little while now, honestly I can’t remember if it’s been a few days or closer to a week, but the battery seems to die faster than I expected. It works fine otherwise, I just wish it lasted longer between charges.

I’ve been using my SteelSeries mouse and headset for CS2 and Apex for a while now, they’ve been really dependable. The mouse tracking feels smooth, the clicks are responsive, and the headset makes it easier to pick up footsteps in-game. The software can act a little strange sometimes, but once I’m playing, the gear performs really well. Overall, I feel like I can trust it during longer sessions.

really like how this looks. The design is simple and neat, and it fits in with my setup pretty much perfect without being all flashy or over the top.

I bought mine a few years ago, and it’s still going strong. I’ve used it regularly since then, and even now it still feels solid. No complaints from me.

The software is simple to use and it does what it’s supposed to do, so I’ll give it that. I do appreciate that it just works without making things more complicated than they need to be.
